For Kentucky it's probably the Bengals. In the southwestern part of the state, maybe the titans.

When I lived in Kentucky and traveled the state, it seemed like the western side of the state were mostly Cardinal fans in MLB and Titans fans for NFL and some Rams fans.
Growing up in Mississippi (Jackson metro) in the 80's and early 90's, most were Saints fans along with Cowboys fans (which I am) and some Oilers fans.

Actually North and Southwestern Kentucky love the Titans....I like an hour and a half North of Nashville and we are pro Titans. I myself am a longtime Cowboys fan......but I do pull for Titans and Falcons also.
