Prior to joining the SEC, my perception of Auburn was that it was the school in the SEC most like us, with MSU being along those lines as well and my knowledge of LSU as a university. My instinct was correct about MSU. I’ve been around LSU and their alums my entire life. However, my thinking that Auburn was the “smart” school in Alabama is very wrong.

Balinese you are so correct. Those were my thoughts. How could one school(Auburn) get so many deadheads on one campus? Both Alabama and Auburn are 180 degrees of my thoughts before we entered the SEC.
