Who are you all expecting to be the go to (deep threat) reciever for 2019? Before his draft anouncement, I felt like Slayton would fill those shoes with the right qb. Has Malzahn's system ever effectively utilized TE's in the passing game?

Did Jackson redshirt this year? Remember some decent play in the spring but don't recall him playing regular season.

Yes he spent this year as a redshirt year. He played in a couple games. One of the games where he got a reception near the end (maybe Liberty?) The announcers called him by a different name and sure didn't seem like they realized who his uncle is/was. But he definitely played. I can remember a couple games.

Depends who the starter will be at QB, and if he can accurately throw a deep ball.
If Schwartz can always beat the DB on post or fly patterns, then I can see him being the deep threat.
But because he is small, I expect a stronger WR (Williams), will be the deep threat, if he can always get at least a step on the DB, and w/ his strength, still get those deep ones, being contested.

I want to hear the announcers say "Shed taking to the shed!"
