He should have the replacement set in place before Thompson ever left. Its like he said " the hell with lance" followed with " oh shite who is replacing him". I think Hobby is holding out in hopes a nfl gig comes open.

John Scott Jr. name has picked up. Word is this is the guy. Has previous nfl experience but is coming from a 2-10 team.
