lol no it wasn't, it was a farm and manufacturing school not unlike A&M and Mississippi State. Yes, like many schools, it had a robust and notable ROTC program in the 20's and 30's but it was not the Citadel.

you had to be a cadet to go there until 1950s ...it wasn't just a ROTC program lol
