Now that's really stupid. I read a post on one of these boards that showed the house that the Tagovailoa family owned in Hawaii was valued at something like $650,000, which isn't very much for Hawaii. I think they moved to Alabaster, Al. Zillow estimates the average value in Alabaster is about $175,000.

It's simple enough math that even you can do it.
