NS did not interview for the Bama job. They found their man and they went after him. At this level what you do on the field matters and that is your resume. The powers that be call up their agent and asks if they are interested. If they say yes then they hook up to negotiate the buyouts and the new contract. You don't go in for a formal interview cuz 3-4 people are being looked at for the Bama job. It is not like hiring an assistant and you might have 4-5 you like.
