I don't think that. I can't speak for others.
I do think Smart can take bits and pieces of what UA has done, adapt it for UGA, and make UGA better for it.

Smart's primary improvement in the program has been being more aggressive out-of-state instead of settling down the board in-state after missing on a top target. That, imo, is why the 2013 class happened to Richt and why the overall depth and talent eroded at UGA from 2013-2016.

Smart has put UGA in contention and on par with a program that could win a title every few years and not just every 10 years or so. He still has to prove he can win the big game and coach in that moment.
