Kelley might very well be done at Arkansas. Lets be honest, he couldn't beat out Ty Storey and Ty isn't setting the world on fire with his play right now.
Next year he'd be below the freshmen and possibly Bryant.
Transfer to an FCS school and sling it around for a billion yards next year. He didn't work out for us but I don't hold any ill will to the kid.

I think he could stay in FBS if he goes to one of the small Louisiana schools.

Right, ULM or UL would be a nice landing spot for him. I don't hold any ill will and in the right system against the right competition he should do perfectly fine.
