If this is tribulation, I'm having a pretty good time. A lot better than 5 years ago.

You can argue that things are better than it has ever been. Yes, there are issues we are dealing with, but crime in the US is way down compared to the 70s, 80s and 90s.. People live longer than ever before, it's just that with social media we hear about things a lot more.. We have news coming at us 24/7 and our perception of the world is different.

Think about things that were once considered normal. I think we have come a long way, for the best.

Since neither the rapture nor antichrist declared himself god, has happened yet, I'm going to say no.

Why waste brain cells on fairy tales straight out of the dark ages?

Well... as an Arkansas fan I can certainly say we are in Seven Years of Tribulation.

Pssh.

As a Vandy fan I can tell you there's already been 70 years of tribulation.

From the article:
The chip only works if it is several inches away from the reader. So it’s not easy for this information to be stolen by criminals unless they somehow get the person’s hand.

Yep I'm out on that!

At one time I thought all that was going to happen per Revelation etc. But then I learned the reason it was written in the that style was to keep the Romans unawares. at the time it was written, being a Christian was a death penalty. so anyone caught carrying a Christian writing was killed. And I realized the author was writing to Hebrews and not about the future and using a lot of numerology (which the local Hebrews were big in). For example the people he was writing to knew that anytime they saw 666 it referred to the Roman emperor, not the Antichrist as most believe. And the three stories were much like Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in that they actually told the same story from three different viewpoints - progressive parallelism. Anyways, with this different perspective it really brought the book of Revelation into the bible for me personally. It was always there, just difficult to read.

Oh, a lot of stuff.

For instance, I'm not sure people are aware that we recently had an entire State's Supreme Court brought up on impeachment hearings. Or that record numbers of congressional types just up and resigned their posts recently. Loads of stuff, big stuff, is going down, but the people are mostly unaware because the media seems to get hung up on other things to keep the people distracted from what's going on.

The big one, in my opinion, though, is the Church. The Catholic Church is in some serious trouble right now.
