Look at the 1943 letter winners. Show me where those individuals were also on the 1942 team. That was your original premise, right? That because only certain teams played in 1943, that those schools lack patriotism?

Oh wait, I tanked that one for you, so then you tried to make excuses about how our 42 team was really the indicator, except half of the SEC finished the season ranked and 1/3 of the SEC finished ranked in the top 10. All of which were located in states that sent more soldiers to WWII than Florida, which was only ahead of South Carolina and Arkansas.

The military makes the call on who they accept and reject. Flat feet during WWII were considered a rejectable "medical condition", largely due to the anticipated issues with sustained periods of marching and the foot mechanics required.

It had nothing to do with not being able to pass a physical you dipshit...
