We’ll be better than most think. NIT is definitely a possibility. Fox didn’t necessarily leave Crean with a barrel full of talent

Crean is a joke, he's all talk. He's a classy version of Pruitt, a pure snake oil salesman. Check back with me in three years and ask me what that gif means.

An Indiana fan I work with also feels the same way FWIW. Hated Crean.
But I think Crean can do a lot of good for our program, even if it’s just making Georgia a cool school to go to

Even if this is true he will still recruit better players and put a better product on the court than Mark Fox. We could’ve done a lot worse with this hire.

Because Indiana expects a final 4 every year which is unrealistic. It's like UGA fans that hate richt for not winning a title but I'm sure Virginia would thank their stars to have him. Crean is perfect for UGA.

I realize that. But he is a die hard basketball fan and watches the program with a microscope so it does bear some note of concern.

Not to mention Crean had like 3 scholarship players when he got there due to sanctions. Also, he turned that program back around quickly and had them in the Sweet Sixteen in 3 years and had 3 straight S16 appearances.
