We are not arrogant. We just know we are better than all the other teams. We would be stupid to not think this. If being arrogant is being truthfully aware of our surroundings, then yes, I suppose we are arrogant. It's just real. Don't hate the truth.

Dude? You wait until they call you arrogant and then say "we're not arrogant, we're just better than you." Starting a thread and saying you're not arrogant and then by the end, say you are arrogant really just says you like to contradict yourself.

This exact philosophy is why people cheer against you.
With LSU, I understand that people "just don't like us". I don't know what it is. It's just a vibe. People love hating us and making fun of us just because.
But America HATES y'all. Like The New England patriots. It's freakin universal. I cheer for any SEC team in a game against other conferences. Except Bama.

I know what you mean. I still hate on teams like Miami, and USC for no real good reason other than at one point in time I was sick of them winning.

I remember Miami getting to that point. Year in and year out. And the players were in other teams' faces like "whatcha gonna do about it"
It took a brave solid Bama to shut them up and shut them down. Of all ironies.
America is getting that way again. If "Bama beats Bama" then America is ready for some self-mutilation.

He won't retire until he isn't as effective anymore. One day, somebody will beat Bama. If it is this year, I think it will be a team like OU or Clemson in the playoffs. A team that can score a lot and is used to shootouts. Kind of beat Bama in a track meet of sorts.A game where the team who has the ball last will win. I just don't think LSU can score enough points. But you know what? I pick Bama every game and usually I am wrong at least once per year. There's a very good reason they play the games.

Similar story in 2011...LSU beat a 12-2 Oregon, a 10-3 WVU and 2 cupcakes. Bama beat a 9-4 Penn St team and 3 cupcakes. To win the championship, LSU had to beat Bama twice and win the SEC championship. Bama split the games with LSU and skipped the SECCG.
