It's pretty clear. He bobbled the handoff, regained it but not in a strong grasp, and on contact, the ball squirts off... look at the ground right after contact and you'll see the ball roll around a bit. Was definitely a fumble.

I have ZERO sympathy for UTK. Getting what they've deserved for 20 years.
