Not shitposting Florida...

Was Tebow and Co. graduating/leaving early the reason for such a massive drop off, or were there other factors involved? I try to forget the 2010 football season as much as possible so I can't recall what occurred.

John Brantley couldn’t run Urban’s offense. That year we had to rotate future NFL tight ends Jordan Reed and Trey Burton in and out for Brantley to run the option plays.

Tebow graduated, Mullen took the State job, Addazio took over at OC, Meyer checked out. = Garbage

When Tebow left in 2009 we went into a spiral. Muschamp honestly inherited a freaking mess and had to clean things up. Our best RB didn't really play in Boom's first year, that being Mike Gillespie, then a junior.

Muschamp hired Cheeseburger Charlie of Nueter Dame fame and it was a disaster....Weis only signed on to get his daughter much needed medical care at UF and he sat on a damn cooler at practices. We had two tailbacks, Demps & Rainey who were track speed athletes that didn't weigh 175lbs if that tells you anything. Our starting QB was John Brantley and he didn't fit Charlie's offense but was ok...broke a leg bone against Bama when we had an early lead. Bama's LBers looked like fridges and OL & DL were also huge. We threw two two true frosh QBs in the game with expected results.

Boom couldn't hire a damn OC aftr first year and it was tough, but he did put a defense stout as hell on the field in 2012 and we were # 2 in BCS rankings before losing to UGA in a damn flag fest. 2013 we had the worse injury strikes I have ever seen....Driskel broke leg in UT game early and it was downhill all the way. By the time we played Ga Southern we had a 3rd string QB starting who should never been on the field...he only came to UF to be a coach. We also had no LBers and even used a walk on against a triple option team.

But in 2014 it was all on Boom for our record.
