-He has 20 TDs from within the pocket
-Only Jordan Ta'Amu has more completions of 20+ yards while in the pocket.

You do not have to stop Tua, you have to cover his receivers man2man and get coverage pressure from you front 4. That is how you beat Alabama this year. Their defense is weaker this year. That deficiency has been covers up by Tua throwing for a million TD against cupcakes.

Do do not have to stop Tina,
Does Tua identify as a woman now? Either that or we have CFB’s first female QB.

Sounds simple to me.

Yup, just wait until they play a real defense.

Haha, in today’s world it’s possible, I do not judge!

You just described the perfect formula to defeat every QB ever. You did it! You cracked the code!

True, but none of those cupcakes on your schedule remotely has the secondary to do it. LSU does. LSU can. We have the corners and safeties to make it happen. The other formula is to blitz a lot, but I am not sure that is the best route against Bama.

He’s legit only way to win is to bang him up

Agree. Not sure how Alabama's pass catchers will find any green grass.
Not to mention shutting down the run with 4 and collapsing the pocket.

True, LSU will be the best defense BAMA has played come game time. However, this goes both ways. LSU hasn't played an oline, QB, or wide wide receivers like they'll see against BAMA, and it's not even close. IF LSU can get pressure with 4 they may have a chance, but I doubt they will. I also don't think BAMA's top 4 WRs and TE can be covered one on one every play and someone not get left. We'll see.

We haven't seen a total shutdown secondary like LSU. Our wide receivers have feasted on slow, poorly trained DBs. They will be unable to adjust.
Hopefully we can grind out a few yards or figure out some trick plays.

I think the key to the game is our linebackers and dline. Will our DLine be able to eat up enough blocks to free up our lbs. UGA schemes to stop white and it worked for a while. I suspect Bama saw that and will do a lot more running than UGA. I think Bama will try to run the ball more on LSU until we prove we can stop it. Your running backs scare me more than the receivers on this team based on how LSU’s defense has played.

Alabama hasn't seen a group like LSU. They'll be shaken up early and often.
Watch for LSU to take advantage of that.
Probably have to go to Jalen and hope he can run around.
