This year Fromm seems indecisive for some reason, sort of Eason like. Fromm's not gonna beat you with superior talent though and if his mental development has stalled then the upside is limited.

Perhaps this has something to do with the offense. First year exposed to it and QB gets a streamlined version. Second year more put in and it shows to be over complicated.
