Tua is a very good qb, is he great, we have no idea because he’s surrounded with so much great talent. That’s why drafting a bama qb or rb is so hard to do, because there’s always great receivers and above average linemen.

You realize the NFL people do this for a living, right? They don't always hit the mark, but they do tend to have a good idea of how to evaluate players both in and out of context. How many Bama QBs have been drafted during Saban's run? McCarron? McElroy, maybe? The NFL has shown it's perfectly capable of not drafting players like Sims and Coker as quarterbacks despite said players leading teams to the playoffs or the title.

If you think Tua is just a guy who can throw and throw it to great WRs I want you to do one thing the next time Tua is playing. Watch his head movements (pause). This guy is going through progressions, diagnosing defenses and looking off defensive corners and safeties. And, then Tua has no qualms about using his check down. He takes what defenses give him. Tua ain't ordinary.

Didn’t realize that at all, thought the flipped burgers for their main gig. Thanks for clarifying
