What is the argument against dropping football?

Sure, the SEC would kick us out but that's coming anyway. We could be an ok mid major basketball program. Football at this school needs to die. End it. Brain injuries are certain and there's no need to continue this charade.

Get some sleep bud. We will be back one day and everyone here knows football isn't going away, just like we'll never leave the SEC.

"We'll be back one day." Meh. There's no reason to continue football. We need to fire Mike and focus on basketball. I see real potential in us as a basketball spoiler.
