There’s a certain irony to this. A strong wind like that in Kville would probably knock Neyland down.

Did you see the LSU vs. Tennessee game last year? There was literally a monsoon inside the stadium, 40 mph winds, a piece of the Scoreboard was blown into the crowd. Somehow the game was still played, not even delayed iirc. Must not have been any lightning.
I love Neyland stadium, because it's my home, but it needs a facelift and a boobjob, and some liposuction, and an anal bleaching.
The renovations to the concessions areas have been nice, but the seats need to be bigger, and there are at least a thousand seats that have an obstructed view (that's ridiculous, who the frick designed that dumb shite)the north and south endzones need to be updated to match the rest of concessions areas in the stadium, the erector set exterior needs to fricking go (that shite is hideous, it's always bothered me).
I haven't kept up with the latest, but I think they have a Billion dollar renovation scheduled to address all that, but it may have been put on hold because they want to alter some of designs, not sure tho.

Just saw the Cajun Navy mobilizing on tv. Just because it has been downgraded to cat 2 just means less winds, not less rain. Get those boats ready, guys. God bless the Cajun Navy!

That game proved that above all else Vol fans are loyal. Can't believe so many stuck around in that. It was insane AND the fans knew we had no chance.

Yep. Nobody loves their team like we do. Who else would put up with the last 10 years of shite that we have and still show up 90,000+ Strong in deadly weather to a game we had no chance to win.
People call us crazy, and they're Goddamn right we are.
