Charleston Southern lost to teams such as Presbyterian, Monmouth and Elon last year. They were also hammered 38-0 by Kennesaw State at the end of the season. Everyone is saying the Gators are back based on how they looked week 1 against a high school team. Maybe they need to pump the brakes just a little.

We aren't back.

Just saw things we didn't see for years.

Biggest thing. Plays got in smoothly. As insignicant as it sounds. That's been an actual issue for three years.

Injuries are down majorly. Because S&C.

Remember UF despite bad coaching and the worst conditioning in the SEC won the East back to back years. Then had 30+ injuries and a fired coach last year midseason. We weren't down for years technically, just not elite.

Our rebuild is not a four year thing. It should be by year 2, but signs of returning this year. This team was really just needing coaching, so the signs that the coaching is improving is exciting most fans. Some over the top..sure..but fan base has been dormant and docile for years now. People are excited
