I would much rather have Malzahn. He has proven he can coach offense with the best of them and can whip the big boys asses. He can also recruit his arse off.

But yea, let's get the Left Coast turd who has never won anything....

the whole Chris Petersen is an amazing coach thing just stems from his time at Boise when he beat OU. He has lost 6 games twice while at UW.

He has won more than Malzahn

UW had 9 seasons with 6+ losses in the 11 previous years, that includes an 0-12 year and 3 seasons of 8+ Ls

Washington hasn't been consistently relevant since Don James Was at the helm in the 80s

He also beat a really good 2011 thUGA team that went 7-1 in the SEC that year, and has more undefeated seasons than any other coach in the country. I don't care where he coached at. That's impressive.

Victories over ranked teams at Boise State:
2006: #11 Oklahoma (Fiesta), #21 Oregon State
2008: #10 @Oregon
2009: #11 Oregon, #6 TCU (Fiesta)
2010: #16 VA Tech (Landover, MD)
2011: #19 UGa (Atlanta)

Not bad for a program that had only competed at the FBS level for a decade when he took over. And only two of those victories came on their home (blue) turf. Can't say much bad about a guy who beat UGa in Atlanta with WAC talent (AU lost to the Leghumpers by 38 points later that season).
