I agree with the "belongs on Baseball, not Football uniforms" sentiment. I have a problem with cursive letters on FB uniforms. In my mind Florida and UCLA used poor judgment.
Additionally, the straight baseline being orthogonal to ground, instead of a curve running parallel to the curve of the helmet, just like UCLA is another error.
Furthermore, any text on a FB uniform should be all caps. I'm not even going to get into my feelings on what makes or breaks fonts (I could easily write a couple of pages on the matter).
I feel like it is easy to be critical of this design because the Cocks already have great looking helmets.

I'm in the minority here for gamecock fans. But I do not like these helmets whatsoever. Stick with the ones we have, except that white monstrosity where the chicken is covering half the helmet... that thing needs to burn.

No offense(offence)and I am not trying to be ugly about it, but I thought that the "Carolina" shown on the helmet was a play on the Chick-fil-A logo script plus the Gamecocks association with the edible bird.

I like them. Strange, but likable. Come to think of it, when you say Carolina, it reminds me of North Carolina. Guess it goes back to the days of Michael Jordan and the basketball. I live in South Carolina as well.

To each their own, but imo they have the worst uni/color combos in the conference by far. Even worse than Tennessee and Florida
