Not that it matters at this point, but the whole coaching bullshite from 2015 to promoting O was a bad look for LSU. Alleva isn't worth his weight in shite, and yet LSU is paying him almost $1M a year. That's a bad fricking look.

Technically, they botched it in 2015 when reports were that Jimbo to LSU was a done deal, but JBE and F. King interjected and forced Alleva's hand on keeping Miles because of "optics." I did not agree with this.

2016 didn't happen for Jimbo at LSU because we weren't giving him the 10 year guaranteed contract he wanted, not because of politicians.

Was probably a great look for LSU from the perspective of their opponents as they felt they had a better shot to defeat LSU now, from LSU fans perspective not a good look dude wasn’t even offered the Syracuse HC job and didn’t have a good coaching reputation like Aranda has, Aranda’s gonna be a HC at a big-time college program he’s a rising star

I wonder how many professions there are outside of college ball where a person can make 5,6, 10 times as much as his or her boss.

Edit: I wouldn't consider directors to be the "boss" of actors. I'd call them independent contractors working with directors who are also independent contractors

My favorite thing about the Tiger Rant is watching LSU fans eat their own

Making more than your boss is the standard in most professional sports.

Yes. Yes I would. Watching LSU fans do the mental gymnastics necessary to believe that Coach O is a great coach is like watching Fox News gush over Trump as a brilliant bastion of honesty and integrity.
