Some of you guys are so superficial. He may be fired in 3 years, but it won't be because he is stupid. If anything, it will be because he is too smart. He knows how a program needs to be run and he has the guts to insist on it. We can almost be assured that JP demanded autonomy over his program and received agreement from UT. He's is fearless and will demand they live up to it. He's better off gone, than buckling. UT will be a fool if they do not let him run the program. It's never perfect but I assume they will.

Just because a person is not polished doesn't mean they may not be very smart and Pruitt is. He is as focused Saban and cares nothing about appearances or superficialities. I would hate for you to be responsible for hiring at my firm or one I cared about.
