Yes. OP is probably off talking about Mexico City. Those aren't the Mexicans and South Americans who are showing up here.

What would make you believe? Would you like me to film them? I've lived here for six years and anytime I say I'm American they immediately start telling me of their escapades. Do you think I'm just racist, is that why I chose to live in Mexico City? Or do you think my vast experience of actually living in MXC had any impact on my position?
