Saw "BAMAFAN" (Missouri plates) on a truck in STL the other day. Wish I would've got a picture.

I saw a car driving through town today with a license plate on the front of his car, not an Arkasas state plate, that said MUF DVR.

Good topic here’s a question I have. Why don’t more states offer specialized college plates for out of state colleges? For example: An Arkansas Razorbacks plate in Louisiana. It seems like Georgia, Texas and Mississippi are a few of the the only states that do this.

If I end up in Tennessee or Arkansas, I’d like to be able to get LSU plates from the DMV.
