Photos released by the Arkansas Department of Transportation showed the cab of one truck heavily damaged by fire and miniature bottles of Fireball Whiskey strewn across the lanes. The agency tweeted at 11:55 a.m. that crews will "be working this for a while."

"Plastic bottles on the highway.
Bits of glass for the machine to sweep away
Had to pass it on my way to where I'z going
For the next few minutes I drove a little slower."

Damn. I traveled that interstate less than a month ago. Really makes you think.

This was turrible. Turrible I tell ya. I live in Lonoke. All that I40 traffic was diverted through town all day on Hwy 70.

No doubt. I had to wait 30 or 40 seconds one time to pull out on Center Street. I wouldn't wish that on anybody.
