If the drug rumors are true, that will often obscure a clear picture of any underlying mental health diagnosis. I will say that he makes me laugh. Therefore, he is unlikely to have a psychotic disorder.

I am over 6 feet. I have always been attracted to taller women. Short women remind me of young girls and that is not sexy at all. The youngest girl I ever dated was 18 months younger than me.

Not without meeting them face to face. As an aside, most people are not mentally ill and far too many people are on psychiatric drugs. Most people, with some combination is diet/exercise/faith/and healthy relationships would be fine.
