I do not need anymore kids. I am trying to “launch” my youngest one (high schooler) in the next few years.
Empty nest will be nice. If I get lonely for a dependent, I will hold a competition for the “new spot”.

I already have a job and a college degree. You literally wouldn't have to do anything other than sign some papers that don't go in to effect for a looooong time. I'm telling you I'd quickly become your favorite son.
BJ on the other hand would need active fathering. He has a nasty coke habit. You wouldn't like him.

I'm low maintenance and independent, you'll hardly know I'm there. I cook for myself and do my laundry. All I require is $1000 weekly allowance, all Wi-Fi and netflix passwords, control of the thermostat, and occasional advice on what tools I should use for certain jobs.
