There’s a lot of butthurt LSU fans in here. He may pick LSU for all I know. But he no showed your elite camp and hasn’t shown much interest in LSU recently.

He's visited LSU a ton over the spring. It's jus tnot always known, from his own mouth (Embody article from yesterday):

Absent from his round of visits in the summer was LSU, which would be cause for concern, but Emery said he's been over to Baton Rouge multiple times and doesn't always make that public.

"I've been over there so much that it's around the corner for me," said the 6-0, 195-pound back. "By me going over there so much, a couple times I didn't put it out publicly."

Edit - And from my opinion, he could or couldn't be setting himself up just like Ja'marr Chase from last cycle, but that's a good comparison for him right now, a guy everyone had pegged as going out of state, but always kind of stuck around LSU a bit showing interest until we won him over in the end. I think they recruit Emery till the end, well, so long as Cain doesnt jump on board. They would probably take all 3, but I would doubt if we got Cain, Emery would commit to a 3 back class.

If it comes down to the better program, it's LSU all day everyday. There's just no comparison between LSUs football program and states. Even state fans know this deep down inside.

If he wants early playing time, and doesn't want to compete for his playing time with other elite rbs, then he should go to state. We don't want kids that don't have the chest to come to LSU anyway. In the end, I see him at LSU bc I believe he wants to compete for chwmpionships and state just isn't built like that. Jmho.
