On six or seven occasions each fall, I know about 72,000 Tiger fans that think Debt Valley is some sort of mystical place that scares the shite out of opponents.

Except for the Aubies every other year...they apparently buy into that myth, lock, stock, and barrel.

This is actually a post that shows great fandom...you're saying LSU fans think Tiger Stadium is great even though, in your opinion, it is not (and Bama has clearly dominated the W column there).

Truthfully, if Bareback Bryant wouldn't have said it was the toughest place to play back in the day (even though he dominated LSU there), maybe there wouldn't be as much talk about Tiger Stadium.

So you’re saying, LSU fans owe Bama for providing a piece of their historical identity?

Interesting.

He may have said that but I guarantee he hated Neyland stadium more.

I have been to at least 12 Bama games in Tiger stadium and I've seen crazy shite. Everything from 10 year old kids shooting the bird at us saying FU Bama to nice looking little old ladies sitting next to us and being rude as hell. But, I have to admit I like going. It's a fun atmosphere and I plan to go again this year.
