At least put the reason...Kendall Rogers asked a selection committee member why the west coast was grouped together...reason is
CA public schools can not play in Tex, MS, NC and WA public school can't play in NC or MS

I can NOT imagine why.... Tolerance and all, unless the views are different. The West coast is an odd bunch.
