Cam got kicked out of school, and Billy D mostly avoided the 1-and-done types that dominate the top of the NBA draft. Baseball is such a shitshow with signability and high schoolers and signing bonuses that #1 overall means a lot less.

I think we'll eventually get one in baseball, but football will be a longshot without a "pro ready" system for QBs and basketball is about to be 100% high schoolers and international players once the age rule changes.
