The difference is that we went out and made one of the best hires on paper or all time. You on the other hand downgraded at OC and were forced to pay your DC more than most HCs because that was the only way to get him to stay.

You hired a coach that had a losing record that same very season.
You might actually be the first school to ever fire a coach and hire one with a worse record.
