Think about it this way, we also had a few long balls fall just short of being out of the park so the pendulum COULD have swung to where you had a few blowouts this weekend not just the one on Saturday.
As for the calls over three days that cost them runs (mythical), they should really focus on hitting the ball with runners on base. Auburn's problems aren't officiating, they're squaring up the baseball in conference play. When the pitching got better they became unable to get hits/runs with the exception of one game against the Aggies. This is why Auburn is averaging roughly 3.3 runs per game in 12 conference matches. Their pitching outside of Mize isn’t good enough to win a lot of games in this league with that kind of run support.
