Haven't followed the spring at all. Has it started? Has it ended? Is there any news on who is impressing? Who is disappointing?

Thanks for that. Was wondering particularly about Brooks and Miller at LB. Any word on the LB crew and if anyone is standing out?

It's so great to hear and see Odom & Co. all over the airwaves promoting Missouri football.

I mean the info is pretty easy to find if you are following it. I've heard several advertisements for the spring game on local STL radio.

Secondary is going to be a nightmare.

Expect a lot of shoot outs this year.

Author of that article is overblowing the issue at Safety. Perkins has played a lot of football for us and he's solid if not spectacular. I still like Hilton's ability to make some plays, but he has to be disciplined and tackle better.

Highly doubt they move a corner to safety. Still have guys like Ulmer to step in. Gillespie, Ross and Bledsoe are all hybrid LB/S types that can play there.

Adding Holmes to Acy and Sparks makes a good young CB group and all of those guys have great length.

Perkins injured a hamstring last year and never recovered. Hilton is a bucket of hot dog water.

I don't think so. Perkins was injured and didn't play well when he was in the game last year. if he's healthy he's capable of producing similarly to Braylon Webb.

Prewett played most of last year at Safety and AFAIK(As Far As I Know) is suspended. Perkins was injured and barely played.

Got it. Yeah, he's suspended and likely won't be back.

We also have the grad transfer from Oregon coming in

The back 7 will struggle to reach middle SEC level, which sux cause the rest of the team is pretty good. With that back 7 we have two bone crushing losses on our schedule already.

Unless the grad transfer is Jesus.

The back 7 was a mid level SEC back 7 after Cross was fired last year.

They switched to BOA/CAT keys when Cross was fired. Hall ended the season with the 3rd most TFls by a WLB in the last 18 years. Garrett finished 1.5 behind him with 10. If they had spent the entire spring and fall camp with working with those keys, the defense would have been much better product.
