Leading 2-0. MDO has 4 Ks through two. Beiser dropped Brumfield out of lead off for the second day and has Veirling hitting 3rd behind Harris and Misner. Interesting move.

Veirling wins it in the 11th. I'd rather him hit in front of Harris but it was a good weekend for the team.

This isn't MLB with $137 million pay rolls. This is college ball with 11.7 scholarships divided in between a max of 27 players being coached by a 3 man staff. If you watch a college game expecting to see the same product as you would on FSMW, who's fault is it?

It all depends on what you're comparing it to and why you're watching.
Personally, I'll go to the local ball park to get a dog with the kid and watch games from 10 year olds to high schoolers. So Mizzou baseball is light years better than that. I just enjoy watching games.
I also go to Cards games and Mizzou baseball is light years behind that.
For the record, I think the Cards walked more batters this weekend than Mizzou. Just saying.

I like college baseball provides a nice little filler and gets me to basically July leaving just a 2 month void for mizzou sports. I remember watching Big 12 tournament games on the online live stream and thought that was awesome. It’s come a long way. I think the weather has a lot to do with the games being rough as well.

Average game time in MLB was 3 hrs 5 min. MU is averaging 3 hrs and 9 min.
