To be fair, he was kind of stuck w/Hamilton b/c they owned his rights and Masoli is the incumbent QB.

There is simply too much to learn w/the Canadian game to have expected him to come in and immediately start.

As much as I bag on June Jones, most of his issues at SMU were b/c he straight up didn't care to recruit which eventually bit him in the arse. He won't have to deal w/that in the CFL. Also, Hamilton was 0-8 under 5th year HC Kent Austin last year before he resigned. When June took over they finished 6-4. There is something to be said for that IMO.

As for the sponsor, it's not terrible as far as corporate sponsors for stadiums go. Tim Hortons is a restaurant chain that was started in Hamilton by a former NHL player of the same name. It was recently bought by Burger King in 2014 for $11.4 billion. It's a more acceptable name than something like like Quicken Loans Arena (Cleveland Cavs) or KFC Yum! Center (Louisville basketball).
