For the first time in who knows how long Sumlin will be without Clarence McKinney.

Clarence McKinney will be named Texas Southern's new head football coach on Monday according to a Fox 26 report.
McKinney spent the 2018 season as Arizona's associate head coach and running backs coach under Kevin Sumlin. McKinney also served on Sumlin’s staff at Houston (as a running backs) for four seasons before following him to do the same at Texas A&M for six years.
