This is going to be a colossal shite show.. and that is unrelated to actual on field results.

I'm excited about spring ball. I haven't thought much about football at all here lately, but I'm ready for some info!
So does anyone think with like 14-18 lbers on the roster, or something like that, with chavis coaching them we finally get some depth here?? Will guys like bumper, Morgan, Baptiste, walker finally start taking some steps to being reliable depth that we can use?
I'm also wondering if bell will give us some depth at DE, and possibly give us a chance to play some 3-4 this year.

SEC Country Day 1
Breaks down positional order.
- Kevin Richardson out there applying for extra year
- Jack Kraus no longer with the team
- D'Vone McClure back on roster at LB not WR where he was previously

Weight loss/gain
Every WR dropped or stayed the same except Pettway who gained.
Patton the only TE to gain and Gragg lost 23.
Some big drops on the OL starting with Wagner.
On the DL Guidry put on 25 so he’s playing NG?
Linebackers not much movement but Morgan put on 10.

I think I’m done with press conferences for a few years.
Bret sucked that enjoyment out of me for a while. Besides, Morris is painful to watch. I’m tired of slogans and cool little phrases. Maybe if they got rid of the forward facing Hog and could somehow strike #Uncommon from my memory I’d be a little bit less cynical.
Can’t wait for kickoff next year though.

Practice six - Monday report
-Guidry at DT
-Wagner dropped weight
-Ramsey getting a lot of praise as rusher
-TJ Smith says simpler, focus exclusively on winning matchups
-Bell home at DE after three position changes with last staff
One of the best things so far has been this staff sorting our roster and putting players where they should be. If they can’t play or move up the depth chart then they can move on.
-Barkley at RB where he can catch passes
-Jake Hall, Deion Malone, Guidry, Nichols all to DT
-Ramsey, Bell, Richardson to DE
-Edwards to OLB
-Curl to S and Dalton back to corner

SG is a week from today.
Two practices prior - Tuesday and Thursday.
Two practices after Saturday to finish our 15 for the spring - Monday and Wednesday - will be helmet and shorts only.
They will review and correct things from the SG.
Coaches in the summer are able to watch players in conditioning as well as hold meetings for a couple hours a week but any on the field work is prohibited. They will use these two practices especially the last one as instruction on how they want the voluntary (yet mandatory) player led summer workouts going and the expectations. The pace will be a major emphasis.

Morris On spring game “Maleek Barkley and Brandon Martin will not be at the spring game. Sosa will not be there either he has a funeral to attend.”
Morris on Austin Capps “he will travel but he won’t play. It’s unfortunate because we were really excited about him. But he’s done a great job coming in and getting mental reps.”
