I not going to speak for everyone but I just don't think using absolutes like that is a good idea. If Chad wins 6, 7 and 8 games in the first three years, I wouldn't want him fired baring something unforeseen.

Ok fair point. Maybe 3 seasons is too soon. But if he doesn't continue to improve to 9 in year 4 I would cut bait
