The refs kept the game close the whole game. With about 15 minutes left in the 2nd half, the guy in front of me said “The refs aren’t going to let us win by more than 5.”

The refs didn’t maked Mizzou fall apart the 1:30 of regulation.
Tilmon has a different set of rules he has to play by. 2 of his 4 fouls should never be called.

They contributed.

They called a flop for Jontay’s fifth. They didn’t call the trip of Robertson and a few reach ins.

Now argue with me.

It looked to me like both those calls were correct. Robertson tripped himself.
Geist did a poor job of giving Jontay the ball where he could take advantage of the mismatch.

You will see the replay that Robertson tripped himself.

Also the last play of regulation was terribly executed.

Refs were not good, but your complaining about the calls the refs got right.

You’re wrong about a lot of things. Nothing new in this thread.

I’m 100% right on this thread. I can tell when Bass knows he’s wrong because you stop talking about what actually happened and say come at me bro.
You would be great in pretend fights when it’s all about posturing. Probably go down for the count on first contact when the punches start.

They make the last 2:00 min of any game unwatchable.

I rewatched the replays before saying you’re wrong. I’m right. You’re wrong.

It’s good to know that you have never seen or played a basketball game before.

Robertson may have tripped himself but it was caused by a bump earlier. The refs were inconsistent all night. I was especially ticked by the phantom call on Barnett. No idea wtf that was.

The announcer said what when Robertson lost the ball?

While I agree with your assessment, the refs gave us one back when it counted the most. That wasn’t a push off by Peters that would have given them the lead with 6 seconds to go.

Geist did flop, and the ref gave it a minute before he called it.

They did give us more than one back. Two offensive fouls on MSU.

When we get some back, it’s not as bad.

Now, that UF game, THAT was refs on the take.

there is statistical evidence some of the refs are on the take

there is obvious evidence the SEC orifice doesn't care

We should be used to this by now. How many times did we see it at Phog?

However, this shite is happening at home. There’s a part of me that wants to believe that they don’t want us to succeed on our on merit.

Like well, these guys have been around the SEC awhile now, but they’ve sucked so bad we didn’t really get to stick it to them. Time to make up for lost time.

I believed that until I saw the Geist call. I also saw Kassius rubbing on the refs after that obvious trip. That probably helped, he’s earned some ear this season.

Having the SEC Tournament in STL will be telling.

Yesterday was pretty bad both ways. I'm glad we won, but I can understand why the Ms St folks are still miffed.
