KN with a loaded insider this morning. Quick recap

- Some AU coaches are at AFCA this week, once that ends they will map out strategy for final months of cycle. They can hit the road again recruiting starting Thursday. KN says that any coach already done at their position will focus solely on 2020 & beyond targets

- Unsurprisingly KN thinks Kameron Brown is a lock to AU now. He will talk with staff today to find out when to OV. KN says he's a hungry kid whose been pissed off about the lack of attention he's gotten from D1 players. Also thinks AU will pursue his 2020 teammate 4* LB Phillip Webb hard next cycle

- AU continues to pursue 3* OT Dawand Jones who appears to be trending OHST tho USC lurks as well. Tigers hoping to get him on campus for an OV in January

- KN says doesn't matter now where Nix lands in final rankings as he's on campus & it's clear he can make an early impact. Multiple people at UA All-America practice this week raved about Nix & think he could start as a true freshman

- AU feeling really good about hanging on to 4* WR George Pickens. His OV was big but so was this past week in Orlando bonding with fellow AU commits. Apparently he did really think about signing early but decided to take his visits. Says expect UGA to pull out all stops to flip him

- Former commit 3* DL Jamond Gordon remains a target & will probably visit but KN thinks AU is recruiting others harder namely 4* Charles Moore & 4* Quashon Fuller. 3* LeDarrius Cox is still in play but might not be as high a priority with Derrick Brown returning. He will OV to TEN this weekend & then AU the following one. Should get a better picture then of his priority with both

- AU focused on 3*s Christopher Russell & Octavius Brothers right now at LB. Apparently AU was trending down with Brothers for a bit but have made a strong surge recently. He will OV this weekend. Russell will be on campus the following weekend & it's thought ARK might be the team to beat here. KN doesn't believe recent TEN decommit Lakia Henry is a top target right now. Thinks there are some targets in GA & FL but names aren't being shared yet to not tip off other teams (think DJ Williams feeding frenzy)

- Looks like UF is out of race for 3* OG Kamaar Bell & this is shifting into an AU/FSU battle. He wants to play early so PT is a huge selling point to him. Will OV this weekend

- KN says JUCO OT Bamidele Olaseni's recruitment has been an odd one to track. It's gone up & down in his interest with AU. KN seems to think things are trending down for him right now as there are some grade concerns with him moving forwrad especially considering he's a JUCO who won't enroll earl

- Jashawn Sheffield had a strong showing in Orlando but KN says that Keiondre Jones also generated a lot of buzz specifically with the coaches he worked with. He played some center as well & could compete there in 2019. KN says he really reworked his body this year & has improved dramatically from his weaker showings this past spring

- Looks doubtful that 5* DT Ishmael Sopsher will OV to AU. Tigers will try to change it but imo unless we offer his bro it won't matter

- Continues to be a 2 team battle for 4* CB Maurice Hampton in AU/LSU. Baseball will play a big role in his final decision

- AU likes where they sit with 4* ATH Mark-Antony Richards but don't sleep on UF. Also new UM head coach Manny Diaz has made him a priority

Good. Looks like we learned our lesson a few years ago with those DB brothers. Clemson got the 5* and we got the shaft.
