No to all 3...sorry,cannot play a January "neutral site" NC game in a non dome facility outside is So Cal or Florida.
Where exactly are you gonna play in NYC? Yankee Stadium?

Both Nashville and Charlotte average is right at 50. I'd also want to see the game moved from Monday night to Saturday with a 6:00 kick like the Super Bowl. Play the college game on it's normal day.
