Oh it was definitely foul by a decent margin. The ump had no clue so he waited 15 seconds to make the call and just gave it to the home team. He had no actual idea.
Their HS park doesn't have the camera down the line like most others so no evidence to overturn.

It was similar to the blown Koch HR call at Baton Rouge by the third base ump looking down the line but luckily the home plate ump watched it and knew that was wrong.
Then in A&M series not having the camera on the runner tagging at third who left early before scoring.
