Bama is losing 6 DBs. We were always going to sign 5-6 this cycle. Bama is taking Eddie regardless of anyone else, they are that high on him. Plus Jobe and possibly Eddie will be safeties for us. We may not get Surtain, but it won’t be for the reason you suggest.

Yes. Also something to take note of is that it seems bama is passing on ITS which alot of bama people thought he would be a take.

on your guys' board i told yall from the jump xavier williams was a safety. bet thats where he plays.

and im surprised yall are even considering jobe playing cb in the first place. imo hes a safety all the way.

Savion Smith, Jalyn Armour-Davis and Eddie Smith project well as CBs. Saban may view Josh Jobe, Xavier Williams and Jacob Copeland as Nickel, Dime and/or Safety prospects. Eddie looks pretty versatile too (long arms, btw).

Bama is very much in play for Surtain, Campbell and Griffin. Even if we miss on all three, we'll still be a'ight. Saban got dis.
