I don't believe that either of these three teams are in a great position moving forward

This is my point. We have 2 years left in the current decade (2018 and 2019), and unless LSU, Florida, or Tennessee can finish in the Top 10 one of these next two years.... which looks doubtful at this point.... we may complete an entire decade in which three members of the Big 6 only combined for three Top 10 finishes.... with zero of those occurring in the last seven years of the decade.

I'm not sure I can remember a time in which 3 members of the Big 6 were so down at one time.

It would be better to compile a complete list of each teams end of the year ranking from 2000, and 2010 instead of arbitrarily using years that benefit a certain team.

UGA and Auburn have exactly 1 more top 10 finish this decade than does LSU. UGA and Auburn have both had more seasons in which they finish unranked. Yet you lump LSU in with Florida and UT...

Unless you do top 10 finishes in the last year, LSU has had as much or more consistent success as any big 6 program not named Alabama in any 5, 10, or 15 year time block you choose to use.
