This is the first season I remember that we could play power football and never appear tired or out of shape. We beat teams down consistently and took Bama to the wire. Even our big guys held it together. The first couple of OU drives are the only ones I remember thinking the D looked gassed.

After all the “Strengh and Conditioning” threads of the past it was nice to NOT have that an underlying topic this season.

Probably helped on the injury front as well.

Don't think most realize how detrimental Mark Hocke was to the program. Hope Sinclair is here to stay for a long time.

frick that we beat them in every facet of the game and got hosed by the refs to put them back in it. A hosing of historic proportions.

Edit: let’s stop looking for the silver lining here. There’s not one to look for. This program has fricking arrived and we got shat on.
Continued edit: How bout this soft arse Bama style schedule we have upcoming? massachusetts in week 11? Yes please. WE WANT BAMA in the seccg.

Now that the season is over over, is it safe to mention that we had practically ZERO season-ending injuries? Logic says we had to have one, but for the life of me, I can't think of who it would've been.

I'm assuming it was luck and S&C.
