The bag man cometh. Musta been late in Atlanta traffic and didn't show up with the money until halftime.

They really need to move these games to the weekend. Traffic has gotten a lot worse since I moved from there about 5 years ago.

It's been awhile since Georgia was in a championship game, they don't know how to handle it.

When I lived in Atlanta they were stupid in love with the Dawgs and Falcons and are so jealous of Alabama (and hate Auburn)that it's funny.I could never figure out why those corn pone country rednecks thought they were better than the rest of the south.

The Atlanta Constipation and Urinal needs to get in line behind Mack Brown and his "if Colt hadn't gotten hurt" mantra.

Games should be on the weekend....however, didn't see the traffic, but the city of atlanta made attempts to mitigate it. They asked businesses down town to either have employees work from home and or shut down by 2. Also due in part to the predicted icing/rain conditions.

The REC has so far bought SEC, B1G and Pac-12 officials.

So, they would have rather had the blocked punt a dead ball because of the movement. Either way, Bama punts the ball again. The refs missed calls all over the place. I think they were trying to mimic the Rose Bowl crew that was praised for "letting them play" and failed miserably. There were egregious holds on both sides that, like cfb has been for a few years, were just not called. Big 10 refs suck, I get it. But please don't go all LSU on us UGA... you're better than that.

Once in a Generation game for Georgia fans. Won’t happen again for a while.

Dude. The AJC? You might as well be quoting the National Enquirer.
The article then repeats 1 or 2 random tweets?
The offsides call on the punt does, however, clearly show that he was not offsides. I am not insinuating any kind of conspiracy, and calls were missed on both sides, but there is no denying that he was not offsides.

But ok. If you think the AJC is a legitimate source of information... I don't know what to say. Nobody on our board is screaming conspiracy, though, I can tell you that.

I really like how they included a play where they did flag a Bama player.

Dude. They didn't call movement on the offense. They did call offsides. Offsides was a bad call. now, if you want to say that they should have called movement on Alabama and they made to bad calls (or one bad call and one bad no call) that's fine. but nobody is complaining that they didn't call illegal procedure on Alabama.

You are basing this statement on one thread from a the AJ? Check around a few threads, and stop basing your opinions on an article from a rag. I cancelled my subscription form them about 25 years ago because it is an awful newspaper.

Sounds to me like UGA fans need a safe space.

Nah. I'm basing it on the hordes of threads and comments crying about it.

Like one person already alluded to quoting the AJC is like quoting Skip Bayless, Colin Cowherd or any of the fricked up mess that passes for the media nowadays. Reasonable fans on both sides know Georgia had a chance but failed to finish and Alabama gets the credit for taking advantage of that.

nah, just found it funny. I used to live in Gwinnett. Anything from Atlanta is just shite but I love the rest of the state.
